I'm not getting the sense of a crowd here. I think you were to close to the subject. To me, this doesn't show skill in isolating a subject from a crowd. |

Candid with shallow DOF to isolate your subject, just as the challenge requested. Good luck |

Nice B&W tones here.
Not really sure what the foreground objects are and have my eyes fighting to see what they are, taking the focal point away from the man. (6)

DOF isolation is working, but the composition is not very thoughful. IMO you should have included more of the motorcycle in the frame, and *not* included somebody's shoulder on the left, and somebody's elbow on the right. |
