Nice shallow DOF to isolate your subject. I would have scored this higher if the subject had been a person as requested in the challenge details

No people nor crowds depicted here to be singled-out from by minimal depth of field.

The shot doesn't work very well for me. Perhaps it would work better if the other two birds were a bit sharper.

Single-out a person in a crowd as your source of composition ... This is really pushing it, a little too far IMHO. You also need to put an apostrophe in the title.
