| I'm a fan of negative space and not afraid of having completely black sections in photos, but I think you have a bit too much here. I think cropping some of the right, and letting the chain intrude into the negative space could enhance the image. Also, the focus seems a bit off or soft. |

| bad crop, bible inexplicably floating in black void, stretching the challenge but i will not penalize you for that |

| It is not the book that is the road to salvation, it is following what it prescribes with pure heart that IS the road to salvation. I'll take it that way... OK. Negative space is powerful, enhances the main subject. However, not a ribbon-quality photo. Congratulations on the bravery to submit something out-of-the-box and good luck. |

| Can't disagree more. There is no real interest for me in this subject matter, and this is one of those images where the only relevance to the challenge theme is provided by the titling. |

| I am not sure whether this shot conveys a joke or a serious thought. :) The emptiness in the right hand side is probably intended, but doesn't really work for me. |

| I like the abundance of black space here, but I feel like the bottom of the Cross is too close to the lower border of the image. Regardless, nice work. |
