I was strolling through the park this morning and came across a duck sitting on a piece of stone in the water, I hunched down a the waters edge to get the shot.Just as I took the picture he moved and created the fantastic ripple in the water.

Nice shot. Looks good. Larger size would help.

You are allowed to have 640 pixels on the longest side of your image. I'd like to know why you chose to give us only 335 pixels on your longest side. IMO you should always submit the largest possible photo.

Good luck in the challenge!

Beautiful duck, lovely colors, however due to the small size I am unable to see enough details, I can not determine if the focus is sharp, the wing definition, etc. When submitting photos for DPChallenge they should be as large as you can make them and still be within the allowable size. "File Size: No larger than 150 KB (153,600 bytes). Dimension: No dimension may be shorter than 160 pixels or longer than 640 pixels." Your dimensions are 112,625 bytes and 251 x 335 pixels. If you are receiving lower votes then you thought you would receive it is probably due to the size of the picture. It looks like a very nice picture but without the ability to see the details it is hard to judge the quality accurately. Hope this helps.

Very nice, wish image were bigger.

I love this but it's hurting you that you didn't utilize the full 640 pixels. I'd love it larger!

your photo size is quite small... 251 x 335 ...it's about half your allowed size, so it makes this hard to judge...I like the blue and the composition overall

Lovely shot, but as you will be told several times, unfortunately too small a submission.

Nice colours. I think a bigger image (max 640 pixels) would work better - it is difficult to see the details.

I really don't think that you have maximised the potential of this shot. You should aim for 640 for one side.

Nice colors. I wish it was larger.

3 - Good potential. Nice colors. Criticism; bigger (640 height in this case), sharper/better focus on the duck. Not sure on the frame, especially at this size.

Picture is too small to really give any kind of a critic. 5

This is a nice picture, I'm just afraid that this will be voted down because of the size, you should use the 640 pixels that we are allowed to use in challenges.

Great colors, nice shot, I wish it was larger (6)

Image is too small...looks like it is pretty good aside from that. It's just hard to tell.
