On my way to feed the horses, this rooster set down across the fence from me in the corn stalks & wheat stubble. I grabbed the camera & hoped he wouldn't move. I shot through the windshield so as not to scare him off. They are such a gorgeous bird! Edited with PSPX for saturation, contrast, cloned out fence wire, sharpened, applied Mystical lighting spotlight. |

| Good effort. But there seems to be some shake in the image. Either the bird moved or something like that. The plant in front out of focus is very distracting. |

| Though this is quite a find, the spotlight distracts littlebit - theres always a chance to edit spotlight even darker from borders to create contrast - and theres quite alot of shaking or unsharpness in it. |

| What's the circle of light around the pheasant? It might just be me, but his body feathers seem out of focus. |
