Left a comment on that. I tried a couple of different 10 min edits, but think I took away the 'natural':

I am no expert in photography, nor post-processing nor do I use PS (but have). Perhaps someone with more knowledge/skill can help with this shot if you were wanting to try to tweak it to get the very best out of it. PS likely does have more 'tools' within it to help more finely tune this. It's a good capture, as I said, but opportunity and lens(es), equipment, etc, as you are fully aware.
edit: updated comment on that other version - my apologies, I confused myself with the left/right nudge rotation - first viewing concentrated on the 'land level', then after trying to edit it myself, concentrated on the 'leap/impact' - sorry.

Your second edit is much better....It might even help to bump up the yellow and orange saturation in the cat a little more, to make it really pop out.

Nice capture, unusual angle/perspective, good composition, nice background and bokeh. Difficult to discern (and apologies in advance if wrong) but looks like it needs a nudge rotation up on the left/right/I'm confused now, or it may just be the perspective. Sharper and more 'pop', the colors tweaked perhaps (difficult, especially with the snow), make this even better in my opinion - but obviously opportune and good capture for that. I like the spray of snow from where it lept. A unique shot. edit2:changed 'right'/'left'/I'm confused now - 'typo' - I think it was 'right' originally - looks fine any way
