Nice subject, but a little soft. |

Would have been a very nice shot if it were more in focus. The composition is good. Way to make the subject off center and having the open part of the picture on this side the coyote is looking. |

the most misunderstood animal out there.. Great shot and a hard capture.. (i know i've tried) beautiful and lonely feel to this shot.. |

very nice image overall, only drawback is that the focus is too soft imo |

Not much contrast...seems kinda soft. Nice placement in the shot though. |

Just a tad too heavy on the Neat Image (or blur). Agreed, not ugly. ;^) |

The is good, but the out of focus grass in the foreground is distracting. |

DOF seems a little shallow, which might be okay if the focus was on the eye/face, but it seems to be on the chest/front leg. Really, I think stopping down a bit would be best--it's not as if there are distracting elements in the foreground or background that it would be best to blur out. That said, I can appreciate that you may not have had much time to get the shot! |

6 - Fairly good capture. Criticism; seems both blur and focal issues (the grass looks sharper focal wise). Sharper on the COyote, and possibly a tweaking of colors/contrast to get it to 'pop' more, make this even better in my opinion. 6 mainly because looks like a natural environment = more difficulty. |

Wish this was sharper. The blur seems selective and is a little distracting. |

Good head on capture. These guys are normally pretty shy and anti-people social. They don't normally like to be photographed. |

(it's actually coyote)
The coyote is well placed within the frame though the image seems a bit too bright to me. |
