 Saw this at a local park, and it had been taken over by wild geese, ducks, and hundreds of other birds that had migrated in for the winter. converted to black and white, and hightened the contrasts/brightness. used unsharpen mask, and brought out some detail with levels. bout it.

i like this photo but i think it would have actually been more affective in color. the black and white gives no definition to the swan's feathers.

Very nice, It does look like he is yelling! Fantastic! Love the B&W, really brings out the subject and sign nicely.
