A nice portrait but I don't like the fact that his beak is out of the frame. I do like your exposure keeping the details in the beautiful white feathers.

I like this.. too bad the beak is cut off though.. it has a nice soft feel to it.. very nice.

Wow, Fantastic picture. Love the play with shadows and the lines made by the neck and beak. Well done.

5 - Seems good whites/contrast control retaining fairly good detail in the feathers. Looks like good potential, especially with more 'context'/background. Criticism; bigger (640 height in this case), tweaking of the colors, especially the beak (difficult with resulting contrast issues in the whites) and a 'glint' in the eye, make this better in my opinion. Not sure about the pseudo-'vignetting', if it is fore bokeh or what, but overall adds a darkness to this shot that makes it need tweaking even more so in my opinion. Not sure on the crop/composition, but depends what you had to work with.
