*Cloned out pole and part of a building to the right and behind the watermill. Used the bushes from the left side of the watermill to do it. Also removed a number from above the door on the watermill.
*Convert to Grayscale
*Quadtone
--Black
--PANTONE 541 CVC
--PANTONE 513 CVC
--PANTONE 5773 CVC
*Selected all but the wheel and adjusted:
--Brightness -10
--Contrast +10
*Convert back to RGB Color
*Neat Image(default settings)
*Resize to 640
*Unsharp Mask
--Amount: 25%
--Radius: 1.0
--Threshold: 0
*Save for web at 77% to get it under 150k

This is very pretty! The sepia tones add so much to the look of the photo. And its nice and sharp.
