I think if you reduced the noise and perhaps sharpen this a bit it might look better.

Softer light would have worked better. The flash seems too harsh.

The idea is nice, but the light spots on the chocolate are not very pleasant

Being a food photographer this shot needs a lot of work. I see where you were going with the idea but this honestly looks nothing like what any palate would want to be romanced by.

Nice idea. The lighting is somewhat flat and would've been nicer if the chocolate on the plate wasn't so all over the place, in shape of another heart would've been cool :)

I like the idea here, it's very nice. though, focus seems to be unclear and the background spoils the idea. There are too many reflections on the chocolate, and the plate is greyish instead of white. Keep the strawberry with the heart shaped choc inside, the green leaves, and put it on a single white backfround. Lighting could be improved, too, reflecting objects are more difficult to lighten well. I would take a non-reflecting white cardboard instead with lots of diffused lights to get clear colours, a sharp subject and a homogenic, neutral background. (4)

Nice Composition--a lot of work went into the preparation! Lacks a litte "Spark" but overall very nice

Nice idea, original. You can see some ISO grain on the fruit?

looks kind of gross...that brown smudge towards the bottom reminds me of diarrhea

I love the picture, and that was before I even saw the title which made it even better/more suitable in my eyes.

The image seems a little flat, though, perhaps more light on the strawberry would bring it out from the rest of the plate better?

Very delicate subject. Shame it's out of focus as this could have looked great. The lighting is also a consideration.
