 "McHenry, Beloved Son of Leslie and Minnie Taylor
March 19, 1903 to April 22, 1907"

This was written beneath this statue of an angel. The statue had a broken wing (visible in the shot) and arm. This cemetary is full of striking images and I hope to return soon.

This image was not cropped or rotated... this is the in camera composition. I tried to use DoF to push the eye to the face. I also let the shoulders act as leading lines back to it. The sky was grey and dull that day, so I decided to blow it out for a white background, rather then fight it.
