I particularly like the black and white photo. They are both very good. Thanks for the tip. There's a very unusual spider at my window. I will give it a try. |

I can only pay an homage to a master of the virtual shutter of digital photography. |

Perhaps some dew on the web would have highlighted the 'rings' you are refering to.

I like it. A piece of black velvet as a background would have made the web stand out like strands of gold and made this a shot worth framing. Ain't 20/20 hindsite great. |

Great capture! Very nice photo. I wonder what a little spray mist on the web would have done.....probably would have scared the spider away, lol. |

Great macro and the title says it all. Very nice capture...little DOF loss on the web but understandable. thanks |

Best spyder shot I've seen so far. The web detail and DOF is fantastic. I still hate spyders! |

one of my favorite shots of the challenge. good orientation shift. provides new perspective on a tradition theme (vertical spider positioning). focus is perfect. great use of shallow depth. off centering brings attention to both the spider and the web. brilliant. spider is facing bottom left, gives technical merrit, lost marks for a slight under-application of the challenge theme. , but otherwise, this shot deserves a ribbon for another challenge. 8, but one of my personal favorites on this site. |

Nice job of capturing the circles and having the spider in the center is perfect...how'd ya bribe him? lol The dof is excellent, and I love the green bg. Very good job! |

Clever title -- nice shot! Great use of DOF to bring Mr. Itsy Bitsy out, too. |

This is kinda weird, because on the main page you cant see the rest of his web. This is a really cool photo, and your really lucky you got the spider in the middle. |

Nice shot. The spider appears to be almost over exposed but not too bad. Nice composition. |
