This is a great picture, but it just look "over process". I'm giving it a 6 but it could have been higher.

Colorsare surreal but seem to work well for an imaginary legend of the mermaid, nicely composed..

The subject and the background are nice, but the fill lighting on the subject looks a little unnatural to me. Additionally, based on the pose of the subject, I'd prefer to see the face emphasized a bit (maybe occupying more of the frame). This might be accomplished simply by cropping tighter on the main subject. The rocky beach, though nice, is given too much space in the shot imho.

I would say to improve this shot, the light on the rocks in the foreground should have been darker otherwise nice sunset.
