 No real details just waited till the sun was setting there was a small breeze to cause the swirls of gold and blue reflection in the water.

Unfortunately this lake or pond must have been reflecting a rather grey sky! I see no blue in this shot at all, I'm afraid.

Nice wood duck shot. Bluer swirls would be better to meet the challenge.

This is a really good bird shot, and I like the texture of the water... but I don't really see anything blue here.

on my monitor I can't see any blue, just grey, green, yellow .. and a duck

this isn't even remotely blue. I even put this image into photoshop and desaturated the blues, and the image doesn't change at all. It seems like you went out of your way to avoid meeting the challenge. I don't know why you would do that.

Very nice capture but lost the theme of "blue". Will likely hurt.

Nice duck shot, though, the implementation of the challenge is too theoretical here. The water seems rather grey than blue. As photography is visual, it would be better if the water was blue indeed. Sorry, for me, it doesn't meet the challenge.
