The trolls were out in force weren't they? All those 1s, 2s and 3s, amazing! I gave this image an 8 because it did what it was meant to do, convey the feeling.
The lighting is excellent, the dreamy look on the girl's face is so well caught and the rose is positioned perfectly. All in my opinion of course ;) |

Fits the theme beautifully. Would have loved to see the model's eyes, which I think could have also given this a seductive look. It's an excellent photo regardless. |

The lighting is well done. I think I would have preferred to see the model's eyes at least partially open. |

Thank God someone actually used a RED rose. I like this shot. |

Lovely expression and pose including hand position, good shapness, DOF, and lighting. More eyes and crop out arm seam on left edge would help. |

Well done, nice solid black background, good pose. This is probably the incurable romantic inside me coming out because of the challenge but the use of the word "English" in your title conjures up to me that this model is YOUR sweetheart and you are proud of her heritage.

It is the east, and Juliet is the sun."
Oh, should I be wrong, ignor completely the username associated with this comment. That guy doesn't know anything. LOL. |

It seems like to much of a "studio shot" to evoke any feeling; it all looks very "staged" (I'm sure it is, but that doesn't really make it "work" [at least, not for me]). It's not a bad image, but it doesn't really speak to me or anything, either. |

I'd crop just agove the leaves and zoom in on her face a bit more. Nice lighting and smooth skin! 7 |
