 when this challenge was announced i immediately thought of this place. i swear it looked more "broken" from the road. i wound up nearly getting arrested or at least fined for being here so i only had time for one shot before running back to my vehicle and speeding off. if i could do it all over again i wouldn't have such a high aperture and i think i'd shots from farther back and some closer. i like the shot...but from this angle it just looks like a waterfall out in the woods.

i hope people see the "broken" side of it.

nice work...perhaps the water blur is too strong and shooting at a quicker shutter speed might have caught a little more movement because the water now looks out of focus and not motion blurred if you know what I mean...it's also a messy composition with distracting branches and could have been captured better from another vantage point

Seems dark but effective. With no leaves, I would expect more daylight.

I love these moving water shots. The waterfall looks a little blown out though and the rocks are a little too dark. Maybe that was your intention, but it is a little too contrasty for me. Still worthy of a 6. Good Luck.
