| Good solid technical work - though perhaps lacking in any real inspiration as far as the challenge is concerned. I think lighting is a bit of an issue - it's very flat and very frontal, and that takes away a lot of the three-dimensionality of the subject - almost as though you were afraid to get any shadows in the shot. |

| i love the color of the eye! The glare gets in the way though, it's a bit distracting. |

| lost marks for originality, but great macro. good focus (could be a bit better), reflection is distracting, lighting makes right side of eye distractingly dim. good entry though. 4 |

| Pretty blue eye, good color and light. I do think the reflection could of been imporved here....something more interesting, but this is nicely done. |

| The eye apperars to be out of focus. Not very flattering light. The gunk on one of the eyelashes doesn't help. Too much glare on the eye. 4 |
