| For me, the title is a bit of a stretch and doesn't really work to demonstrate broken... having said that however, this photo is an excellent demonstration of broken.. as soon as I saw the dolls face I thought, it's broken..... and this is a very interesting photo (ok maybe a bit disturbing) - the colors are wonderful.. the light in the dolls eyes contrast so well with her broken face, making the eyes alive.... I like the color framing her head too... this shot has a haunting quality imo |

| What a scary image! Nice use of light and shadow to enhance what is already there in the subject and the red background colour helps too. Dark, frightening, clever image. |

| Not a fan of old dolls, but this is perfectly creepy and suits the challenge (I too have an old one in my entry too - hee hee) I think the composition, use of negative space, DOF and light are all spot on. The cracks add great texture. 9 |
