| I expect this picture makes use of shallow DOF and a high shutter speed. For motion panning the shutter speed needs to be lower so the background blurs. |

| Nice bald eagle shot. However background blur seems to be more from DOF than from motion panning. A slower shutter speed and clearer demonstration of motion panning effect would fit the challenge better. |

| A good looking shot - reasonably sharp on the eagle. Would have been better closer in and unfortunately the colourful items on the cliff underneath the bird take the attention away slightly |

| I may be wrong, but to me your blurred background looks more of a result of DOF rather than panning. |
