He really isn't doing so well :) Great attention to details with the broken guitar, the one shoe and the empty bottle. Collapsing next to a garbage box is definitly not a good sign...

Double broken. Man and the guitar. Interesting. Based on the composition it appears that the man is the main subject. Would have liked to see (not sure how) the guitar head emphasized a little more. The positioning of items in the frame is good (bottle, man, guitar). Not a big fan of the grungy look but this should do ok for you.
