You got the motion but perhaps missed the bird. It's just not as easy as it looks is it.

Pretty good attempt at a difficult challenge, especially since birding is hard enough. Would be better cropped and if subject were sharper, try a slightly faster shutter speed.

Sorry, but everything is blurry. Part of the challenge description says:
"bring out foreground from background"
You did not do that.

The panning is not quite right and as a result the bird is out of focus.
