I want to thank everyone for all the good commentaries, and I totally accept that this picture should've been in an Abstract contest instead.
Personally I love it, but it doesn't follow all the Motion Panning rules.
Thanks and Congratulation to the winners. :)

I can't find the object you were panning with. This might have done better in an abstract challenge. |

I'd give a real good score to this pic if the challenge was abstract. I love it, but I couldn't give you the score it deserves. |

Sorry, but everything is blurry. Part of the challenge description says:
"bring out foreground from background"
You did not do that. |

Nice colors, but would be better if you sharply caught a subject in motion. |

Was supposed to go in Abstract? |

Nice abstract, but I think to show the motion panning a subject is needed |

This is an interesting photo and it does include motion, but in my mind it does not "bring out the foreground" as a recognizable object. It may be that your interpretation of the challenge is different from mine, but in not capturing the foreground it looks like the panning went wrong - too fast or too slow. |
