Haven't been in a challenge for a while. Figured I'd submit something taken in an unused section of a college near my house.

I want to see the rest of the window. Odd crop.

I like the colors. Focus may be off some.

There is something really intriguing about the immaculate brickwork and pointing right next to this window. It really makes you wonder what's going on here. I don't know what lay outside the frame, but it the entire wall was this good and all the window was in the same state, it would have been interesting to see the whole window off-centre within the good wall.

Not fond of the crop/cutting the top of the window off. Good colours though.

I think if you envolved a little, just a little bit more of the right part of the bricks the composition would've been better. Good point here anyway.

what a glorious contradiction between the solidarity of the bricks and mortar and the frailty of the window frame and glass - a delight

This is a cool shoot. A couple of things I'd change, however. First, the crop on the right side is too tight. I think this image would benefit greatly from being able to see some brick on the right of the sill. Second, the perspective. I'm not sure if it was possible, but if you could have gotten your camera a little higheryou wouldn't have the problem of both sides of the window tilting in as you go higher.
