Unfortunately for the picture, the bee kind of gets "lost" in the busy-ness of the flower's center. This is probably good for the bee, though.

Your focus is slightly off. Colours are great but the lighting does nothing for the photo.

Not easy to take photos of insects, they are quick. Some colour balance would help here, the bee looks a bit greenish, and focus should be more spot on.
