Nice refreshing idea for the challenge. Well composed but I find the post processing a little harsh on her face. Otherwise, well done. |

Good portrait and pose. the skin tones seem a bit off. Especially the high key yellow area around her right eye and brow. |

She may be a country girl, but there is nothing in the photo that says this. I'm not sure that tatoos are a country-girl thing ... normally the branding is on the cattle.
That said, it is a nice picture, well posed, etc. |

A nice shot, but definitely a bit of a stretch on the challenge theme. |

Good shot. The light on her face is a little harsh. |

That is such a spectacular portrait! It does seem just a tad of a stretch for the challenge, but I've never been one to be that narrow about letting people use their own interpretation of a challenge. . .and a picture this fabulous just doesn't deserve anything but a wonderful score! It's just perfect! 10 |

hmmm...stretching the challenge, but I will take your word for it that she's a country girl! great protrait |

Beautiful protrait with a very pretty girl. The pose is nice and the lighting is good. The shadow of her chin on her hand is a little distracting. On my monitor there seems to be a strange yellow section in the centre of her arm with an abrupt transition to orange - maybe due to sponge saturation tool? I would have tried to do something with that one tooth - it's not the tooth as much as the gap between it and the upper lip. This turned out to be a much longer comment than I intended - it does not mean I don't like it! |

I love the photo, however, the photo should reflect the theme witout the words having to describe why it relates to the theme. |

I dont know if this is well recieved or not...
It doesnt shout country life to me and lookes like it was shoehorned into the challenge with the title.
However, I like this, the pose and the clothes and the expression and the props all add up to a very nicely done portrait...
There´s a bit of yellow/orange in her face and on her arms... but still an 8 from me. |

Nice composition. The skin is soft and velvety without that overprocessed look. I think this is a great portrait. Maybe a tad of a stretch, but good nonetheless. 7 |
