 A retake of a photo I shot a few weeks ago with some improvements. I originally had the childs bright shirt in the back ground which was distracting. I used the macro lens today to allow a closer range as it is my own hand.

I like the fact the that woman in kneeling to grab the kid's hand. Nice approach it gathers understanding on the part of the adult. Very nice.

Great shot, though it would get a higher vote from me if the lighting was different, perhaps from over the left shoulder of the photographer.

I'm a sucker for these pictures, and a nice use of the 'faith' virtue without having a church or a cross in the photo. Nice and sharp and well composed. The colouring on the underside of the babies arm is the only flaw I could find (didn't change how I felt about the picture though)

A nice concept - creative and different from other entries. I'm struck by how the lighting on the woman's hand matches the color of the ring on her thumb. I find the right hand side of your image more appealing than the left.
