 Combination of two images. One for background and one for foreground. Played around with outerglow, drop shadows, gaussian blurred the background and sharpened ring. Quick, down & dirty for the timed challenge - but fun to play around with.

The ring is very appropriate and I love the design on the tray it's on - just not sure about the rest of the background.
