Hmmmm. Wanted to acchieve the brown ribbon huh?
No heart, no focus, no visible known things, Overexposed, looks like there are stains on the lens.

I have a heard time really seeing what the image is about. It is too out of focus to really see any definable subject.

I'm looking and looking, but not seeing it. I can't distinguish anything that might have to do with the challenge, and the title isn't helping me. It's probably just me, but I don't get it.

The title leads me to believe you have negative feelings about bill. I'm thinking that maybe he gets drunk and watches a great deal of TV. Either that or he gives you feelings that are are so powerful that you pass out and the camera takes its own picture. This gets a 10 from me.
