Ewww, this is creepy but great. I can't wait to see how you did this. Great choice of leaving it in black and white, I think color might have made it look really gross or fake.

Wow - someone had some photoshop fun! Very interesting and intriguing. The man's face reminds me of Matthew Brady's civil war photographs.

Is he dead? I'd say that if his heart had fallen below his sternum like that he must be :-). I like the tones and the graininess of the model, I'm not fond of the background or plasticky look of the heart. Interesting concept though.
