Wonderful B&W shot. I love B&W when it's used properly, and I think this one improves with it. Subject is nice, and there's a good play between shadows and lights.
Critiques: the light up the door is blowed and IMO vigneting is excesive, I think it's appropiate but a little bit less would be nicer . But just an opinion.

Hey Charles. I like this shot. Looks like you did some dodging and burning and I like the way you draw attention to the lines created by the ceiling and arches. Have you tried to burn that white spot over the door some? It seems to bright and a little bit distracting.
