I wanted to thank you for sharing this wonderful picture. I am sorry for the DQ, but I understand. I think the off center composition is perfect... and the lighting, woderful. But then, others have said the same thing :) I look forward to seeing more entries.

Despite the technicality issues, I really like her pose. She almost looks like Sarah Jessica Parker. The use of negative space is good and the overall quality is nice. The lighting might be a tad harsh, but it doesn't really bother me as it is balanced by all of the black to the right of the subject.

wow is this just a single strobe off top right or more? it does catch the eye and reminds me of a calvin kline comercial for some reason i've sseen recently

I love this - except for the background. She seems to be hovering in nothingness, like she was hanging in the void of space... I would far rather see her with a background...the front porch of a small farmhouse...in a large living room with a fireplace... in front of a window with a view, perhaps. Otherwise, this is a beautiful shot. The lighting is really great, her pose seems natural and comfortable, I like the B&W treatment. It's just the lack of a background (or perhaps it's a lack of context) is off-putting to me.

If you are going to put something lit in your models hand you really should have smoke coming from it. You have to light smoke seperatly (usually) to make it stand out. I like the photo but it does not scream fashion to me. Overall-6
