 Two flash setup: Canon 430ex bounced into an umbrella and a Canon 420ex with an omnibounce on it pointing directly at subject for fill (fill light can be seen in glasses). I think the flash ratios were 6:1

boosted the yellow for more hair color
adjusted contrast
slight (very slight) gausion blur

very classy. I do notice a slight "redeye-like" hotspot in her left lens which is a bit distracting to me. still very nice. 8

I know this was a difficult Basic Editing challenge but the flash reflection bothers me, good pose though, maybe bend fingers a bit more

Would have been better for me had she been holding the glasses in her hand (or possibly with one of the ear-pieces in her teeth) rather than wearing them. There's a lot of glare from the lighting across the top and lenses of the glasses.
Also, have a care for the background - the light colored bit at the top right is distracting.
I like the softer focus, and the pose is ok (except for the note about the glasses). I like that you've been able to preserve her skin tones and hair-color well (not always easy to do with redheads).
