Also coming back to this image because of a forum thread and agree that although it wasn't really "perfect" for the challenge, it is a great shot. Beautiful comp & tones. Really lovely photo.

I'm just now really studying this image and it's really good. Maybe a stretch for the challenge, but I love the silhouettes - some still, some in suspended motion. The colors are lovely.

Shhesh! I remember having HUGE hair! Yep definitely Flock of Seagulls style ;) Great image. The water is nicely rendered. Seems like a bit of NI here but thats cool. Still a good score from me. 9

Gorgeous photo but I think it's a stretch to try and fit it into this challenge.

Very nice photograph, love the light on the seawall. Cyans seem to be pushed a little too high. That being said, I think it a stretch to include it in The 80s. I don't think a caption (Title in this case) should have to explain a photograph to me.

What would it look like if the you cropped the top third and get the fuzzy birds out of the image? great color and clarity.

Interesting play on the band name. Not sure I would've made the connection to the band or the challenge subject without the title though. Colors and contrasts in the image are wonderful, seems to be a bit of compression or oversharpening? artifacts around some of the flying gulls. I gave a 5

I dunno... without the title there would be no tie at all to the 80´s so I voted as in a gray area with meeting the challenge and deducted a couple of points. Still got a 6 from me as I really like the shot itself, would probably have given it 8 if I thought it met the challenge head on.

Too tenuous for me. Lovely image though, very relaxing and nice colours. The wave break at the very bottom is a little distracting though for this photo
