This is a great comp. The subject reminds me of my endless trips through Latin America. The texture and tones are appealling.

I feel the subject fits the whole duotone-theme... I'm wondering about that little white circular element on the left hand side, though... made me feel a little like this was a postcard, and the circular element like the remains of a postal stamp :p

Sweet. Love the duotone color and contrast. Not sure what that arc thing is on the left side.

Volkswagen was once proverbial for the artistry of their corporate imagery, in advertising and in every other form. Their heyday in that regard was about when this Beetle was new. If they'd seen this image then, they'd have showered you in deutschmarks. Actually, they still might ... clone out that white arc on the wall & give 'em a call!
Every aspect of this image is superb; concept, composition, capture and processing. Beautiful. Bravo. 10.

cool. the tones work well with the old car. the only distraction (and it is really distracting me) is the semi-circular mark on the far left of the wall. i'd have preferred to have seen a crop which eliminated this. well done tho.

There's white, arced shape on the left side of the background that is very distracting---I keep looking at it trying to figure out what it is. A different crop might eliminate that. Otherwise the duotone effect is nice and the photo is well composed. Try cropping it without that "white scratch thing". I suspect that it wouldn't lose anything composition-wise and enhance it considerably.

Meets the challenge although I'm not quite sure why you cropped it this way, but I'm sure you had good reason to do so. Good job.

There is nothing about this that I do not like...simple as that...even the white mark on the wall...I love how it echos the shapes and curves of the beetle...nice work.
