 Baby squirrels!

They're napping after just being fed. Only five have come in so far, but with the sudden and windy change from warm to cold, we're bound to have a flood of them come in anytime soon.

Very well done. The detail is amazing. Your focus on this shot is exceptional and I doubt could have been better. The DOF is interesting it works quite well with the shot. It isolates the subject very well and doesn't take waway any attention from the subject. Lighting is great. The shadows show excellent depth as well as definition. The only distraction is the little hair in the lower right but it's not too bad. You really hit the challenge hear as far as subject It really is a precious moment. Very well done and congrats on a great shot.

Aaaauuuggghhh! You were robbed! This was one of my tops in the challenge, and it was way better than my shot. Should have been top 30 for sure.

A very unusual capture, a newborn critter is my guess. Fabulous detail in the fur, interesting DOF, however the white fuzz on the right is a minor distraction, still a unique entry, congrats.
