I spell tomato, you spell tomatoe. Nice idea, but it really doesn't feel like you're about to smash the tomato. Maybe if you put a little pressure on it, or somehow conveyed motion in the foot.

The "impact" of this photo for me is the foot not the tomato. I think I would have liked to have seen just the tomato, without the foot. A nice close-in shot. It is a beautiful tomato by the way! Did you grow that yourself?

Great photo! Having a foot in my face is rather disturbing, but I think you hit the challenge dead on. I like the balance/tension you feel like it's about 1 millisecond before that thing explodes all over the camera lense. Clear and sharp with a very nice use of color.

funny.

not bad

Would it be bad if I said I like the combined textures of the chapped skin and the marking from the flooring?

maybe you should of left some toes in the shot. They are round and would of complimented the curves of the tomato. Just a thought.

Clear, abrupt, and effective. Tomato doesn't have an 'e' on the end. You're not Dan Quayle, are you?

Here's an odd suggestion... keep your foot off the floor longer so the lines from the wood have time to go away, unless that's what you were looking for. Being neurotic I would have swept, too. :) Very nice!

I like the title and the picture. Great sense of humor and interpretation of the challenge.
