Greetings from the Critique Club!
Aesthetic: If I had to ignore the theme, and technical stuff, this could have come out to better than what it scored. Its pleasing but lacks on few fronts.
Technical: The colors are bright (which is good) but the focus is soft (or is it the motion blur??). If its blur, because of moving subject, that higher ISO or shutter sheep would have been helpful.
Challenge: Happiness is always comforting :) but somehow the image in itself is not tightly coupled with feeling of "comfort". Sometimes its good to give complimentary title to convery the "theme".
Conclusion: Overall an average composition. You have got eye for "aesthatics" but need to work on equipment and angles. Sharp focus and little tighter crop (to make the face and smile more visible) would have helped. I did not voted for this challenge but would have given 5 which is inline with final score.
I checked on your profile and you have some great pictures in there. I really liked the "tribute" submission. You have got eye for beauty and you are lucky to have got models to compliment that :) Goodluck for future submissions.
