 Taken on a farm in Eyjafjordur in the morning sun and long shadows. Difficult picture to do something with since this happened just for a brief moment and it irritates me a lot that there is part of the legs missing on the bird and part of the tail of the dog. But I don't have anything better for this competition.

Worked on levels, burning, unsharp mask, sharpen/contrast

Would have been nice to see a bit of interaction between the two subjects, as it is it looks like you took a snapshot as they were walking past each other. Fits the challenge though.

Good colors and effective DOF. Acceptable composition, although it's cropped just a bit too much, with the roosters foot and the dog's tail truncated. Exposure is fine. A good entry for this challenge subject.

Interesting odd couple. I think it would be better if the top of the dog's tail and the rooster's foot weren't cut off.

I like your choice of "couple", good fit for the challenge.
I'm not too happy with the composition, especially seeing a tiny bit of hen (?) in the lower right hand corner and having the rooster's foot and the dog's tail chopped off.

nice lookin rooster there... the white on the roosters leg and on the dogs chest looks a little blown on my monitor, maybe a little too much contrast?

Nice subjects, shame about the foot of the chicken and tail of the dog not being completely in the picture.
