Lying awake at night, dreaming of when I used to have a god. Backspace, lightside up. Pay me no heed. The lady has a new computer. |

Cave painting of prey is good for suksesful hunt, but dog not enough to fill bellies of all of tribe. Should draw pikchur of mammoth. |

I can't draw a stickman let alone draw with a flashlight and working blind...REALLY? Amazing! I love it! |

That is so cool! I have been thinking about light-painting one of my cats for the POTD challenge. This cartoonish look is exactly what I had in mind. The inversion is genius. I had no idea how you did this until I read your notes. You draw better with a flashlight than most do with a pencil. Nice work! |

Thanks for the wonderful comments. Unlike other people's entries, this is not the light source, but the light being shined on a surface, in this case a door. I had a flashlight with some tape over it, which created an unusual "brush shape". Then I went right up to the door, so that for all intents and purposes I was drawing on the door with the flashlight, except that I was working blind. That was how I was able to get the variation in line width and intensity. The white lines that were mentioned were from planks in the door.
John Lennon, huh? That's big flattery. :) |

This reminds me of a John Lennon drawing. Need I say more? :D |

This is superb.
Really manages to pull off the spraycan effect and has a funky vibe to it. Not keen on the white lines running through it - they break the shot up too much for me - but otherwise top notch. |

The inversion of the pic doesn't really work well for me. |

I feel like this would have had a stronger impact if it hadn't been inverted. |
