 Used a lid from a Tupperware as a background. Used a 10 kr. as a focusing point. Used auto-levels, curves, and USM. Dodged the coin to get the glowing hot effect, and burned the shadows on the lid to make a stronger point to the coin.

Unfortunately, there's nothing here to make me say "WOW"! The light seems kind of harsh and it's not really in sharp focus.

I didn't realise you were a numismatist, Rikki. I'm surprised about the focus, though - it's quite bothersome on the lower edge of the coin.

Good subject and good idea. If you backed off on the brightness, I would have given it a higher score. Also improved focus and detail on the coin would have improved the score I gave.
