 Record snowstorm enabled a rare view of an almost empty Madison Ave @ 45th St. Light coming in from the cross streets highlighted the pedestrians.Aplastic bag kept the falling snow off my camera and lens.

I like this a lot. I've never been to New York, and I'm used to the typical crowded streets and skyline photos. This one suggests a whole other character of the city.

How did I miss this? It is fabulous. The single darker figure and the great shape of the umbrella! I just love this. Nice composition and the sense of movement really jumps out at you. Brrrrrrr
