 I thought my boots would look good climbing a tree ... I like the image and I think that the title fits ... really the whole thing sorta blends and my work mates told me to enter this one ...

*Critique Club*

"Social Climber ..." is a nice idea in the Footwear challenge. I think footwear was a though challenge since we recently had a Shoes challenge. So at least we had different ideas, and yours was one of them.


I think you had a great idea, the concept may have been a little lost on viewers. I know I had a hard time with the boots in the tree. I could see a progression of dress shoes up a ladder or stairs. The image itself is well taken. The focus seems pretty clear. The colors are nice and natural, you might turn to adjust the contrast a little to give it a little edge. The composition is not bad. Unfortunately I really think the idea is what hurt the voters people not understanding or taking the time to look. I look forward to your future challenges.
