| If the challenge weren't entitled "footwear," I wouldn't even know that that's where I'm supposed to look. Sorry, but this seems like a poor excuse for an entry, for this particular theme. |

| Sneakers? Pumps? Sandals? Clogs? Whatever your fancy, make something that you wear on your feet the focal point of your composition. |

| I like the photo but shoes aren't the focal point at all. What draws my notice in this image is the way the man's attire and casual, hands in pocket slouchiness echo the statue of Woody Allen. I don't see how shoes play an important part in this composition at all. Good photo, but IMO, DNMC. |
