Composition: I like the position of the centre part to the right. I think I would have tried to fill the frame with the lights rather than leaving the slightly dark bottom part.
Technical: Nice exposure. Seems very slightly blurred on the fixed objects, I guess this may have been handheld?
Meets challenge: Not sure..
Overall impression: Nice idea, composition could tidy up the photo I think.

| Good motion blur, except at the bottom where the blur looks like a smear across the image. Somehow it doesn't fit in with the top part. The composition is good however and the lighting not blown out at all. |
