I'm not sure I get the title, but I do like the photograph. Nice focus and detail - nice composition, and the inclusion of the knothole breaks it up nicely. |

A tree? I see where you get the connection though. It could be mistaken I suppose. The tone of the picture is fitting to the concept, kind of greay and depressed. Good luck! |

Good eye, very creative. I wonder if cropping in on the left to get rid of out of focus area would improve the impact. |

One of my favorites of the challenge. I like that you were able to capture the tree in such a way that it gives the illusion of being something else. From the "eye" to the "tusk", I can see the elephant in there in the same way one might look at a cloud formation and see an angel or something else. The textures of the bark are interesting, making me want to linger on the photo for a closer examination. It also fits the challenge very well (as I interpret it). If I could vote, you'd have a 10 from me. |
