Well, I know not everyone cares for abstracts. I kinda dig 'em. There is such a fine line between good and garbage I think in the abstract world. Who knows? I guess we'll see. If a couple of people dig it, then I'll be happy.
Anyways, this is a 2 sec. shot of the bottom of my light stand. Rotated the camera during the 2 secs. Only light was weak diffused sunlight from the glass door through white curtains. In ps- cropped, overlay layer with opacity dropped, vivid light layer with opacity dropped, selective color adj layer, levels adj layer, gaussian blur, then erased the blur from the 'hub' of the image. Resized and border.
Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment :-), I think this shot will either score really high, or take the brown, or somewhere in between :-P
Anyways, thanks for checking out my pic :-)

I can't tell what this is, but I like the abstract pattern you've created. |

The colors are nice, but I can't quite tell what is going on. I keep looking but nothing is clicking. |

Definitely motion going on but have no idea what it is - that in itself isn't a problem, but as an abstract it doesn't appeal to me. |

I'm not sure what this is. (One of my guesses would not be allowed on DPC.) I like the colors, but it looks more out of focus to me than blurred by a 2-second exposure. |

Sorry, not a fan of abstract and this makes no sense to me and isn´t aesthetically pleasing so I only gave it a 3. Not trying to offend, I figured you deserved an explanation. |

I think it's more suitable for an abstract challenge |
