Great to get all these comments and, something to learn from each one. I had never taken a 2 sec shot before, and of course I got it wrong - thought 2 was two seconds. Now I know it is 2´´. And then I could have moved a few stops instead. Thank you all - and even 1 fave :-)
I checked in forum, and saw that I would not get DQ'ed and entered because I really wanted to see how it would do. But I do try to meet the challenge every time.

Cool idea. A little bit too high key for me. I would have liked to at least see all the detail of the cabin on the boat as well. |

Quite an understatement and certainly a pleasant artistic effect. |

Interesting shot. I'll be curious to see how you did this. |

Very brave ... (I like high key photos and composition like this but I am not quite sure how this would be received here.) But your passion is quite admirable. The only criticism I can offer you is the midplacement between top and bottom makes this composition static - if you place it somewhere an inch up or down, the division between top and bottom would be unequal and would offer additional movement/tension. 9. |

Very like a painting. If anything, almost too intense for my taste. |

You should have placed the boat different when you first went for a picture like this. Dont like this picture, sorry. |

Good idea, but maybe taken in the evening or with a filter would allow some details. |

The fisherman is a bit lost in the white sea. Would have been better if he and the boat were more clear |

I enjoy the flooding of light, but it has washed out the detail on the boat. Perhaps if you changed the stops to let in a bit less, it would have kept the detail and still acheived the flooded isolation you appear to be going for. |

I'm really undecided about this one. I could take it as a creative use of a 2-second exposure to drive everything except the boat and man to pure white. Or I could take it as an over-processed, not sharp, image that is unrelated to the challenge. I'll decide later. |

good concept, but way too washed out. It loses the impact here. |

Interesting effect, while technically horribly overexposed it does work somehow. Surreal. Art even. :) 7 |

Oh yeah, I appreciate getting to see this one. Obviously, not one of the best in the challenge, but it's better than the score you will receive. |

Too much light. IMO, this would have been better taken at dawn or dusk. |

I like the starkness but I hope others see it. I really like the vivid sat or red and blue. |
