Edits: 50% Orange Photo Filter to neutralize the water color and Auto Contrast to bumb up the color a bit.

While this is a pretty neat catch, a few things throw it off for me. I realize it's either underwater or through glass, but there are lots of spots under the board and in the water. The reflection is a little distracting.. maybe if it had been taken a few secs before, while she was totally underwater? :)

Nice idea. Consider cranking up contrast to compensate for underwater low-contrast.

This is a somewhat difficult photograph to judge. Technically it isnt great, but it has a level of difficulty and a visual impact. The contrast seems very low and there also appears to be an abundance of water spots. The way the crop 'amputates' her legs is also a little disturbing. I think the image has potential, but maybe a few adjustments in post-processing to bring out more of the impact.
