too much noise for my tastes...
try using noise reduction softwares i.e. noise ninja or neat image |

| This pic loses points for me because of the blurred lower jaw of the eel and because of all the noise in the picture. This may be due to murky water in the tank or because the glass needs to be cleaned! |
